Pick-up time is between 1pm and 4pm and drop-off time is between 8am and 10am. Early or later pick-up and drop-off times may be requested and will only be accepted if it does not interfere with another reservation; however, an extra fee may apply for such requests. A pick up time will be determined 1-3 days before your departure date. If for any reason we have to change your pick up time or an earlier pick up is available, you will be contacted the morning of your reservation.
Drop off means that the rental unit is on the lot, all personal contents have been removed, and the RV is available for cleaning. A fee of $75 per hour is applied for every portion of an hour you are past 10AM. There is no pick-up or drop-off on Sundays or scheduled holidays. There will be no refunds for late pickups or early returns.
